NBA Mock Draft Roundup: Denzel Valentine

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Denzel Valentine was a four year player at Michigan State and a consensus first team All-American his senior year. He averaged 19.2 points, 7.8 assists and 7.5 rebounds last season with the Spartans. Valentine helped lead the Spartans to a No. 2 seed in the NCAA tournament and was the AP National Player of the Year.

We compiled mock drafts from across the industry and here's where they have the Michigan State grad being drafted:

The Vertical's 2016 NBA mock draft: No. 22, Charlotte Hornets

CBS Sports: No. 18, Detroit Pistons

The Washington Post: No. 14 Chicago Bulls

NBA.com: No. 18, Detroit Pistons

SB Nation: No. 29, San Antonio Spurs

Valentine looks to be a mid-late first rounder with the slight possibility of sneaking into the lottery. He will have to wait to hear his name called June 23rd at the NBA Draft.
